EMME is the first smartplace restaurant in the heart of Rome
The "living room" on via Margutta will offer hospitality for smartworking to businessmen on business trips to the capital
The lunch proposal has been renewed with first courses and "treats" that draw on tradition together with salads and energy drinks for those who love a healthy lifestyle
Rome, 6 November 2019 – Emme Restaurant becomes the Smartplace in the heart of Rome. The restaurant in via Margutta 19, which combines the gastronomic proposal of the Roman and Italian tradition with the right international accent, will also open to hospitality for smart working starting from November, the first to do so in the historic center of Rome. Not just a gourmet restaurant, therefore, but also the most beautiful digital office available to those traveling to the capital. Anyone who is in Rome for business or leisure and needs a workstation equipped with Wi-Fi connection in a relaxing and unique environment in the heart of the Trident will be able to sit in the lounges of Emme Restaurant or in the suggestive "Secret Garden" inside of the restaurant located in the Boutique Hotel “Margutta 19”.
In the intermediate times between breakfast and lunch and in the afternoon after lunch until dinner time, Emme will make spaces with Smart workstations available to guests to allow those who need them to be connected and to use those hours to make the most of the whole day spent away, perhaps even organizing work meetings. He will find a quiet and unique environment welcoming him, with an intimate and suggestive outdoor area in Via Margutta, in the street dedicated to art and cinema, at the foot of Villa Borghese, a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. Smart guests will also be able to take a break while sipping a coffee or one of the selected teas, the fresh, vitamin-rich and dietary centrifuges and smoothies based on fruit and vegetables, or the house mixology proposals, with long drinks and original cocktails to enjoy while you munch on a snack.
Alongside this, of course, chef Daniele Ladaga offers a renewed and tasty proposal for lunch with first courses and "treats" that draw on tradition, together with white and red meats from Lazio farms cooked in a light and tasty way, salads, vegetables and energy and refreshing drinks based on fruits and vegetables for those who love a healthy lifestyle. The dinner menu is innovative and gourmet but respects tradition, always linked to seasonality and short supply chain raw materials.
“EMME – explains Alberto Moncada – presents itself as the restaurant in which the Italian and foreign public enters a welcoming lounge that opens up a secret garden to the gaze, within an exclusive setting on the slopes of Villa Borghese to celebrate the ritual of lunch or dinner or for an aperitif while feeling absolutely at home. To our Roman and international customers – adds Moncada – and also to those who are in Rome for work, we want to offer the experience of a pleasant and young restaurant in a relaxing atmosphere, also to spend a few hours of smart work, in a place like via Margutta”.
