ROME – Smartworking enters gourmet restaurants. Proposing it in Rome, starting from November, is "Emme Restaurant" with one of the first smartplace pilot experiences in the city and in the hospitality field. The restaurant, located in the central and historic Via Margutta, offers, in the intermediate hours between breakfast and lunch and in the afternoon after lunch until dinner time, spaces with smart workstations equipped with wi-fi connection to allow those who need it to be connected and use those hours for the day.
The restaurant, located logistically at the foot of Villa Borghese near Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo and present inside the Boutique Hotel “Margutta 19”, presents a gastronomic proposal linked to the Roman and Italian tradition without neglecting international cuisine. The restaurant, owned by the Moncada family and led by chef Daniele Ladaga, offers the possibility of taking breaks with selected coffee or tea, centrifuges and smoothies based on fruit and vegetables.
The menu is characterized by first courses and "treats" such as burrata, raisin tomatoes and bread wafer or marinated salmon tartare, guacamole and sour cream that draw on tradition, together with white and red meats from Lazio farms. There is no shortage of international touch with the presence of Club Sandwich (chicken salad, egg, tomato and bacon) on the menu.
